I’ve produced over 100 video podcast episodes, leading projects end-to-end from concept through to launch, growth, and industry recognition.
I led The Hidden 20% from initial idea to delivery- scaling it from a solo-produced show into a global, award-winning podcast while building and managing a team of five. The show reached #1 in both the Mental Health and Society & Culture categories on Apple Podcasts, was named a Guardian “Podcast of the Week,” and won Gold for Best Interview Podcast at the British Podcast Awards 2024, where I was also nominated for a Rising Star Award. Across platforms, it has built an audience of over 250K, generating millions of views.
Alongside this, I led the launch of Josh Smith’s Great Chat Show, delivering a chart-topping debut that reached #1 in the UK Society & Culture charts and top 10 overall, with over 300K streams in its first week.
Across both projects, I’ve secured high-profile guests including Jennifer Garner, Kit Harington, Heston Blumenthal, Matt Willis, and Halle Bailey, while shaping editorial direction, overseeing production, and driving audience growth.
